We are responsible, first of all, people who make up our team and in any case also with our customers, suppliers and the community in which we operate.
So, in each location or area where we intervene we have relations with most local social movements, as our desire is the integration of our firm in the host site.
We mention our participation in REDEX, through Local Action Groups.
Our team works to achieve human rights and thus participate as an observer of the Bar Association of Badajoz (ICAB) and the General Council of Spanish Lawyers (CGAE)
Also is for our firm,our commitment to a satisfaction, which is part of our identity, such as the work pro bono.
We can mention that we are the advisory office and defender, -in a disinterested way-, of the interests of the Federation of Associations of Immigrants in Extremadura (FIEX), formed by twenty-two associations of immigrants from Extremadura area.
But our firm, does not limit-despite its importance, our contribution to the community, to work pro bono.
Having a formalized program of social responsibility not only implies help whom needs it. Internally potency for us a spirit of commitment and belonging with the firm and with the external actors needed to carry out our idea of social progress.
What counts for us is the organized action, not spasmodic and not outstanding for possible interes , that coverage in the media can give us.
Therefore, in our Social Responsibility Report (CSR) Encinas Tejeda & Lawyers detail the commitments made by the organization on the three pillars that constitute sustainable development: economic, social and environmental.
The accuracy of the information to be offered in this report respond to the available information systems. This is supplemented by the audit by an external auditor.
In order to continually improve the quality of the contents of the report, will start a process of public opinion poll on the report of each year before their own internal departments of the companies, as well as to various external stakeholders to organization.
With the analysis of comments received will evaluate the quality of the information contained in the report and identify other relevant aspects to include and promote the CSR.
Additionally, during the preparation of the Report is organized periodic review meetings which will address various topics related to their development. In addition, all content submitted will be reviewed by the various heads of department involved.
It is our intention that the Report is in the most demanding level of compliance of the whole scale of the GRI guidelines and to have the highest level of agreement with external verification by certification authorities competent in the field
